When i opened your forum, i was redirect to your forum's index, first of all i would like to say that you should add a banner, since they are one of the most important when it comes in reviewing. After a while, i quick glance at index of your forum, and i have notice that you put section/category icon they are awesome!, however there are some sections that don't have icons which is not good, because for me i think your forum looks incomplete, so my suggest it try to add all icons to all section/category.

As i said, you should get a banner, since in reviewing, having a banner will boost your forum for up to 40 -50%. Your forum's navigation bar are not nice, first is that your navigation bars looks for me like a broken line, which is not good. Second the design of it, seems much better on dark theme's rather on light themes. lastly is that they're floating, which ain't good either. My suggestion is that find a good navigation bars that suits for a light theme and you should fix the spaces between your navigation bars.

Staff members on your community is good, for a starting forum and i think if you promote your forum well, you might get even more staff. But just my last suggestion, when recruiting a staff please don't trust them yet, they might ruin or destroy your community.
